Carol Imani

Carol Imani has been a writing instructor at community colleges in and around Portland and in Klamath Falls for the last fifteen years. Her writing has been published in The Oregon Literature Series, The Sun, Oregon Humanities, and The Jefferson Monthly, among other publications. As someone who has spent half of her life in New York City and half in the Pacific Northwest, she imagines herself straddling both coasts in a wide stance, her own version of Paul Bunyan.
