Edith Cronk is many things. She is a wife, a mother, a friend, a therapist, a hospice social worker and, sometimes, a poet. She loves all of these things. When the poet wakes in her, the world for a few moments becomes luminous, not so unlike when she gave birth to her children. It doesn't get much better than that. The day brings with it a gift of words, the gift of emotion, the gift of love and she is once again able to give thanks for the opportunity to live and love through the physical shape she has been given.
